There are some links on the web but I would rather hear from real people on your experience, the more detailed the better. I am disappointed that companies are still using standard interview format. Talent plus from my recollection is a very strange very tricky process from my recollection 8 or 9 years ago. I remember the same question phrased many different ways. I remember the interviewer having zero reaction or response by design. Its unnerving really as Id rather have a conversation and authentic unique thoughtful questions. If I can, I would just like to know the questions in advance to I can make it faster. It takes 2 hours and I like to think before answering. Id rather be more genuine in general but I don't respect this process truthfully so I will sadly shortcut the process in any way I can to get it out of the way. Link to post Share on other sites
