JustGettingBy
Some of my family members have stated a few times recently that either myself or my clothes stick (I don't notice any smell as I have anosmia). I shower and use deodorant daily, and always do laundry to keep my clothes clean, never wearing the same clothes twice. Is there any way I can double check, or anything while not outright marching up to someone and saying do I/does this smell bad?
CarrieT
I just recently became afflicted with anosmia/Parosmia so I understand. For starters, if you are bathing everyday and doing your laundry, there shouldn't be an unpleasant smell. Perhaps you need to change your products; some are better than others. Also, take someone into your confidence and ask them what smells; you or the clothes. Explain your hygiene practices and that you are concerned because you can't smell that *something* is not being properly cleaned and you need to figure it out.
