Found out some more intel on her. It's amazing what a "right click" on a picture, for an image search will turn up. She has a business website, with an about me and story section. Looks like her main profile pic matches that of the one on the business site.

She breeds and trains...Mangalarga Marchadors. She was born into a family of breeding and training horses. Apparently even the breed is new to the U.S.

Kind of a shame, really. She's the kind of woman you can bring home to mom and dad.
