SensitiveTJ
King Bowls, why don't you just compete in established strength sports. There are plenty to choose from i.e. oly lifting, powerlifting, strongman, Highland Games, etc. What's the point of inventing ridiculous hypothetical feats of strength that no one else is interested in? The point is that it's interesting to him. Everyone has different goals in fitness that drive/motivate them. For example, one goal I have is to do 50 full strict push-up burpees in a row with no rest (currently at 30). Now while this may seem silly to some and holds no baring on what they're doing, I'd feel proud of myself for accomplishing such a challenging feat. It's all about perspective and individuality. lchf
I bet you I will. It will take a long time, but who cares There were people (pro lifters even) who at one time no way, absolutely no way anyone ever benches close to 1000 lbs. That the amount of stress is just too much for any human. Many years later, it was done. And now there have been 3 or 4 men to do it. i will also work towards closing a ghp 10 gripper, which is something that is said to be impossible right now because the generic freaks in grip strength can't even come that close. get a vid of it when you do, I want to see. If this was the first time KB had made a thread like this, I would agree, but this occurs at least once a month. He comes in speculating about a ludicrous athletic feat which no one else has ever considered and promises to achieve it somehow. Meanwhile, none of these endeavours are ever completed...or even attempted. We've never seen any evidence that he is even training to do any of these things. So, at this point, I think he's just doing it for attention.
