Eating disorder (in that i cant eat much :( )

So i cant eat much. if i do maybe twice a day tops. i eat breakfast like almost 10, sumn small then a little lunch, then when i get home around 5 i'll eat sumn and sometimes i'll eat something in the night but nothing heavy.

 

The stupid thing is i started gym, and well its obvious im gonna have to eat alot which i cant. I also wanna get back fit start back running, sports, push ups pulls up name it i wanna start back it all.

 

But this eating thing is gonna kill me no doubt. its like burning 2000 calories a day and putting back 500..

 

Could you guys hit me some tips where i can start eating more and better. I really need to start this because i havent been eating properly for years.

Why don't you eat? Can you explain more about that?

I just don't feel hungry. And its not like there's not enough foold or not enough good food around. I just don't feel hungry. And its just because of a bad habit I created years ago. Breakfast has never been something i did, i would always eat late morning like 10 ,11 then id be good till the evening and that's it.

 

Its really bring a problem now cause I'm a tall guy, n I'm getn taller n looking scrawny

 

I don't have energy or anything. I just lie on the couch after work and thats it.

 

Like today, i got up @ 9. Had some cereal 12 o clock. And just a bite of potato n chicken , like literally 3 teaspoons and thats it. Now im most likely gonna eat 6 or 7 and thats it for today. And im going gym later as well. Im just wasting my time there because im not feeding my muscles.

 

I just started taking a multi vitamin and thats really all ive done lately.
