MidwestUSA
I personally know Bob...and the members of his band....John reminded me of this story after you posted it. (I don't read the post) So...what high school did you go to? lol (A private joke) How about them CARDS?.... Been to Tony's lately? What's your favorite restaurant on the hill? We're moving into PM territory. Catch you there. So, the Sunset Hills woman who disappeared on the day of her divorce court hearing? Sure, everyone knows the husband did it. My brother owns a hundred acres very near where the husband's land was. He said authorities, copters, everyone was out there. She could be ANYWHERE! My brother's place has pits full of water now, where they used to mine. The whole area was mined. I was out there was shortly after they did their search, and it was a creepy feeling. Then there was the girl from Jackson (or was it Cape?). Jacqui Waller. She'd very well documented her fears, but didn't escape her fate. Husband confessed to his father, but it was ruled inadmissible due to the father's dementia. I'd have to look back to see if they found her body, or if he was convicted on enough circumstantial evidence. That was close to home, as I half grew up down there, and my sis lives on a hundred acres. Again, easy hiding spots. Old wells, cisterns, you name it.
sandylee1
It's amazing the lengths people will go to to add as much evil to a WS as possible....now they're probably murderers. But when a BS murders in revenge they should get a pass. Pain can certainly skew the morality of our thinking, can't it? Infidelity leads to murder for both the WS and the BS . Many of these shows have shown a BS plot and plan when they discovered their spouse was having an A. BREKKIE WRAP: Andrew Munro killed cheating wife Clare Munro after spying on her Then there was the woman who ran over her H accidently after she caught him at a hotel with his mistress. Lest we forget Betty Broderick. What you think is fun can turn horribly wrong... this is more so I'm LTAs... it's best to just divorce and go your own way than to be part of any immoral behaviour... that could actually lead to your demise. I've seen several cases where the BS killed the OM or OW. For every case you see or hear about... you can be sure that many plan it so well and are never caught. A show I saw recently.. was a man who'd murdered his pregnant mistress over 30 years ago... when they finally solved the case and caught up with him.... he committed suicide rather than face up to it.
MidwestUSA
Seriously...I cannot think of anyone I know involved in adultery much less murder My next door neighbor has been having a thing with a married man for ten years. I can't stand looking at her. He won't divorce his wife, because she'd clean him out. Now, the wife has stage four cancer metastasized to her spine, so they're just waiting for her to die. Did I mention that I can't stand looking at her? Or him.
soleilesquire
What you think is fun can turn horribly wrong./QUOTE] Excuse me????? I have never said adultery was fun. It's very wrong. I just pointed out that presuming a WS will murder or excusing a BS who commits murder is not good thinking. And that worrying that your spouse is going to kill you at any moment because they had an affair is a bit.....dramatic.

LilyAdore
Well my ex partner choked me while I was sleeping after I told him about my affair So I guess yes this happens a lot in that scenario, but I don't think I was more likely to kill him because I cheated that's a pretty huge leap! dreamingoftigers
It's amazing the lengths people will go to to add as much evil to a WS as possible....now they're probably murderers. But when a BS murders in revenge they should get a pass. Pain can certainly skew the morality of our thinking, can't it? I generally think murder is a pretty terrible thing either way. I haven't seen anyone say "let the WS die!" Aside from my bacon thing, which was really NOT serious. In fact, it actually scared me a little when he actually ate the full pound of it. Funnily enough, he's beside me now and after having asked about it, his only complaint about it was "you drained the fat out of it."
