Torrent9420 Posted March 25, 2016 Share Posted March 25, 2016 My family wont let me eat more So I am a male 5'5' and I weigh 99 pounds. I am super skinny and I dont like my body, I want to gain weight. But my mother keeps stopping me from gaining weight I find, she is afraid of all foods! She only makes me eat soup! Sometimes I have solids. But like when I come home and eat out I need to hide it because as soon as she sees that I bought solid food from fast food she will yell and tell me "Your gonna die, solid food is bad for you, soup is healthy!" She thinks I will get stomach cancer if I eat heavy. I feel dizzy a lot and weak. She tells me its just my anxiety and says I should take anti depressants for it. I know I dont have anxiety I just dont know why she is doing all this. Is this normal? Why does she do all this? Link to post Share on other sites

In any event, CPS (or your area's equivalent) will be happy to help your 16-YO friend for whom you speak out with this immediate danger to his help. They will also put your 16-YO friend for whom you speak's mother in touch with the proper resources to determine why she's doing it and to help her overcome her issue(s) so she can have her 16-YO son for whom you speak back in her custody, again. Actually, the point of this thread is NOT "why is she like that"; the point is your 16-YO friend for whom you speak's health and well-being are in danger.
