Melatonin is supposed to be good to help reset your clock, so to speak. Melatonin. Try it and see if it helps. OMG Read the thread please! It is even stated in the starting post... Author katiegrl Posted June 7, 2016 Author Share Posted June 7, 2016 UPDATE: So the 5-HTP I took the other night knocked me out but left me tired and drowsy the next day so that's out.... However, I have taken Buddhist's advice and purchased a CD of ocean sounds (including sounds of whales!) and it's wonderful I love it!! Last night I actually slept! I did wake up at around 3:00 but got out of bed and starting journaling my thoughts... I fell back to sleep at around 4:00 and woke at 6:30 .... so I got about 7 hours which is fabulous for me! With no drugs!! I feel so good today I can't tell you. Buddhist you are a life-saver, thank you for these suggestions. And thanks to everyone else too, even those who suggested I take melatonin! lol I hope this continues..... will keep you posted. 2 Link to post Share on other sites
