Can i send my friend to work in my place?need answer quickly

so i cant go to my other job and i was wondering if my friend could go in my place? is that allowed or? i need to go to the doc tomorrow for arm problems and see what he says

i work partime but work sometimes on the sides when my work shedule isnt too much but it changed yesterday have to fall in for someone and icant do both jobs on the same day it will be too much

so instead of calling my work agency which gave me the part time job should i just send her in my place,they just tell her what to do ,she doenst need experience,its in a shop but she would work in the back

Unfortunately no that is not how it works. You can get someone who you work with to cover or call in sick and they will find a replacement employee but friends cannot go to your work place and act in your position.

Tax forms, all sorts of documents have to be completed before you can legally work.

There is also workers comp liability insurance as well that you are covered under but your friend would not be.
