SerCay
What do you all think of this? Personally I like to keep work and personal life seperated. My current job is a small company, about 25 people in total, and my branch office consists of 6 people including myself. 2 of them have been working together 10+ yrs, 1 likes to share every detail of her private life anyways. 1 other guy has known one of the 10+ yrs working persons for all his life, so that makes 4 people sharing all personal details and knowing everything of one another. I had a lot of troubles sharing with them and still do. They will ask literally what you will do that evening, that weekend and share detailed schedules of their own. On top of this, they share each lunch. Every day they eat together. At 1 table. Mind you, our office is small and we sit together in a space comparable to a large living room. This is starting to bother me as I do not get personal space at all. What do you guys think of office situations like these? Of course I am not even mentioning the professional mishaps that happen due to tunnelvision bc they work together with the same people in the same way.
