thorin
I still have some "feelings" to my ex girlfriend who dumped me almost 2 years ago. I realized this today when I saw her old post on my fb wall (I have her blocked, I don't know why facebook displayed this). She was my first girlfriend, the relationship was pretty bad and lasted about a year. I mean, I still feel sad when I think about her, or angry, curious, anxious, or nostalic. Probably all of those a bit. I don't know why - I am writing this now because I wanted to unblock her and check her profile, and caught myself fighting against it. I mean, come on, I am 100% sure our breakup was the best thing that happened in my life - my life has became much more better (and interesting) since then. Is this normal? What should I do about it?
Satu
It takes as long as it takes to get over someone. Stay away from any and all reminders of her. *No direct contact. *No sending or receiving of messages. *Block any means she might use to contact you. *No replies to anything that gets through your blocks. *No indirect contact through third parties. *De-friend or delete from all social media. *No monitoring of her on social media. *No 'little birds' feeding you news. *Tell people that you don't want to know anything about what she is doing or saying. Take care.
