Berner Posted July 4, 2005 Share Posted July 4, 2005 I've run across a couple of forms of meditation that you might find helpful: 1. First is a great one that you do throughout the day. Really only takes a few moments. Even better is to set a timer (one that does not tick) and do this for 4 or 5 minutes a couple of times per day.
