Try this technique for the next 3 months and see if your life improves!

 

1. Start becoming aware of your thoughts

 

2. Treat your thoughts as an offering, choose whether you accept the thought or reject it

 

3. If the thought is not helpful or doesn't feel good, say REJECT THAT THOUGHT!

(saying it out loud is more effective, but you can do it in your head)

 

4. If you like the thought and it is helpful to you, say ACCEPT THAT THOUGHT

 

5. If the thoughts you rejected keep coming back just keeping saying REJECT THAT THOUGHT

 

7. Be patient, at first it will be a lot of work as so much crap will be coming in, but after awhile you will start to notice it becoming more natural
