LexiB Posted July 6, 2005 Share Posted July 6, 2005 I'm about to enter "Phase 1"--next to no carbs for two weeks, including my faves Cheese Doodles . So just wondering if it's worth it. arcadia Posted July 9, 2005 Share Posted July 9, 2005 i have never been able to stick to it for long term (i am just weak) but i have gotten on phase 1 twice and both times i lost about 10 pounds in 2 weeks. unfortunately, if you arent careful, as soon as you get off phase 1 it is natural to wanna go overboard with the carbs and gain it all back. i have started phase 1 again today (for the 3rd time!) and this time.. i'm going to stay on it!
