michaelm700
It's been a long losing venture. My health is bad and I have only 5-6 years left. Problem is he's paid a lot, even putting me up for a year so I could work on it. He wants to continue even though I don't see a future in it. I could find him a replacement to do tech work. But it would cost less then letting me stay in one of his houses and he would have 100% instead of 50%. Still, I feel like I'm abandoning him. Does this sound fair? MsJayne
Yes, why would you want to spend your last few years doing something where you feel you're wasting your time? You're not letting him down, on the contrary.
LastAcorn99
I’m so sorry to learn about your health concerns -- what happen? I believe that by knowing when to call it quits, you’re being wise. Why not just share your idea about finding a replacement with your business partner? He has much to gain by this arrangement right? Please take good care of yourself.
