Recently I thought I noticed a thong sticking out of her pants, but I ignored it knowing my parents would never allow her to wear them at 13. I then saw it again so I later checked her underwear drawer only to find that she had been cutting all of her underwear to be thongs. I also found a lot of notes that guys gave her. Most of them said how hot they thought she was, that they wanted to have sex with her or that they loved seeing her thong hanging out of her pants. One note even said that he took a picture of her thong showing. And a few other notes were from guys asking what time they can meet with her in the bathroom so they can touch her ass and breasts. I didn't want to read anymore of the notes. She is only 13 and if she is doing this much in school who knows what she is doing out of the school and how far she has gone with guys in or out of school, should I confront her or tell my parents or what? You should let your parents know about this, if you talk to her she will only say she will stop but she won't and your parents need to know this! the sooner the better! Hopefully they will give you a chance to talk to them about the issue and let you take a role in helping out such as watching out for her, and even about other things that may be going on in your life not just run to your sister and punish her. Please reply, thanks. I would definately tell your parents, but first i would confront her about her behavior and let her know your concerned for her safety. She probably won't listen but it's always good to talk to her first. She most likely will be mad at you but sooner or later she might realize that you were just trying to help her.
