Next time I'm going to take it one step at a time and proceed with caution. It's unfortunate because falling in love and being in that honeymoon phase is what makes relationships so wonderful and fun and exciting. I'm glad I'm rid of my ex's manipulative bull****. I deserve better. And I will find it. After the breakup, I looked back and had no idea what was real and what wasn't.
