Heatemyheart89 Posted November 23, 2016 Share Posted November 23, 2016 Hi My ex dumped me 15 months ago and I have struggled. I constantly broke n/c. Now I am 3 months n/c, I am still having daily thoughts of my ex. I have a new job, I'm in therapy , I am learning to drive etc ,things are much better for me.But still I think of him . I know we are incompatible. But for some reason after three months n/c the thoughts have really flared up again ( to emotionally charged thoughts like 'why didn't he want me , bet he's having a great life etc). Friends and family there to support you? Just take your time and know by sticking to NC you are fast-tracking your healing.
