About 20lbs. That's if you do things the right way. Like drink lots of water, do alot of excerises, and eat really healthy. There are bad ways to go about this but I wouldn't do those things. The average wieght loss a week is about 2lbs. So, it could be about 16 to 20lbs. What the time limited about?

At least ten, without ruining your health. The problem isn't losing them, but preventing them from coming back, IMHO!

I involuntarily went on the 'break-up diet'..15 pounds lost in just 3 weeks - after my ex dumped me.

 

Maybe not something you desire - but hey, it's it's guaranteed 100% to melt those

pounds.
