yellowhibiscus Posted December 12, 2016 Share Posted December 12, 2016 I'm feeling a little hopeless lately in regards to dating. I'm a 34 year old single mom. I tried online dating but really have been turned off by it. Most of the men on there my age are not looking for serious relationships or are not interested in dating someone with a child. Dating someone in my social circle is really not something that is going to happen either considering most of my friends are married. I work with all women- so there's no one at work. Socially, I don't really get out a lot either and am not the type of girl to go to a bar or club. How do you meet new people in your 30's anyways?? It used to be so much easier when I was younger. Check online for groups, church bulletin boards, newspaper ads, etc. The best part is that everyone there is meeting with a shared interest, making conversation easier and more fluid.
