Happy Holidays to all

This time of year is usually the toughest time to be single, or in most of our cases, broken up with. So here's to a new year, a better future and here's to finding the next great love of our lives.

We all need to stop dwelling in the past (I for one, am a huge culprit of it) and look towards the future!

Happy Holidays guys! :D

Heh, yeah, the holidays can do that. However, IMO it's far more pleasant being alone than being lonely in a marriage.

Sometimes presents come in strange ways.... I was unpacking some old stuff my exW had boxed up when we moved my mom to a nursing home where she passed and found, along with some of mom's stuff, some old car models I had built as a child that she saved for me along with my baseball card collection, which I haven't seen in probably 40 years.

That's life! Happy holidays to you and yours.

Thanks for posting this, x-mas has been tougher than I thought it would be. I'm sure I'm not the only one with latent hopes that my ex would reach out at this time of year. But we don't need 'em!

I hope all of us who've been broken hearted lately are feeling positive about turning a new page. I've got a feeling all of us will find that 2017 is our best year yet.

I find it sad that not many posted on this thread. It seems most people are still not willing to let go. I get it, I'm one of those people. But deep down inside I know I have to let go because if they don't find the value in you, someone else will!

I never even received a text from my ex saying anything during the holidays, was I surprised? Not really but it still burns a little. More reasons to let go.
