I have been talking to a guy for 2 weeks. We went on a date and after that date he wanted to see me everyday for the next five days. I didn't see him the next day but went on three more dates. We had the most amazing chemistry that I've ever had with anybody... on our last date we agreed to have sex. The next day he left for 5 days for vacation. I haven't heard from him since he aboard the plane. Which was 2 days ago I am not sure if I should text him please help

Nah, don't text him.

You two barely know each other, so wait and see if he reaches out when he's back. He's on holiday and you've only been on a few dates so I'd just go about my own thing while he's gone.

Out of curiosity, where did you meet him?

Here is how I approach it.

If I want to text someone, I do.

If I don't feel like it for some reason, I don't.

Don't overthink it.

On a dating site. Yeah he told me he'd see me when gets back. But I keep worrying that he might think I do this stuff with everybody. Or that I don't like him if I'm not texting him. I know that last part is stupid LOL

This is how I operate too, but he's probably distracted and having a good time. Plus, the same can be said of him. ;)

Ok, in that case, I'd probably not text till he is back.

He's visiting family and friends. And he did text me before he got on the plane so I guess if he wasn't interested I wouldn't have heard from him at all after the deed

Lol and jealous and insecure.

Yeah, those words too. And clingy.

I'm not afraid of any of those words.

I'm afraid of the opposite!

Why does sex have to be a deal-breaker all the time it's supposed to be a good thing. Even if it's completely awesome it's based on how soon it was done. Grow the **** up people really

Either you are needy or you are not... you cannot somehow be un-needy by acting a certain way on your texts... ha ha

And needy is when your happiness depends on the actions of others - which means most of the population is needy. When we get a nice compliment we get super happy... that's the beginning of neediness coz then when you don't get the compliments anymore you start acting the opposite of super happy. So, whether it is good or bad behavior of others, if it triggers huge emotions in you, happy or sad, you are needy.

This guy may not text you ever again... if accepting this eventuality doesn't trigger a big reaction in your heart, you my friend are not needy. Doesn't matter whether you text him or not.
