darkmoon Posted January 6, 2017 Posted January 6, 2017 what makes you turn acquaintances into friends? as I have got older, I have become more guarded, quicker to weed out narcissits, but that is just me, I reject sarcastic people too, I like warm people more what is it that somebody does that you like that brings you closer? what deakbreakers do you have?
Techmonkey Posted January 7, 2017 Posted January 7, 2017 In my case, I prefer people being a warm laid back person personality-wise. Though I like sarcastic funny people too. My friends are usually a mix of the two. I try to seek out people who share at least some interest in some of the same hobbies to give us things to bond over. Really anyone who is nice and gives off an honest vibe has a foot in the door. Deal breakers for me are people who are mean to other people or animals. Also materialistic and shallow people who only have concern for themselves. Those are the big ones where I want nothing to do with them at all.
