Is it common after breaking up w/someone to think that you will never feel that way again? I cannot imagine ever being so in love with someone like I was him. Yes, I think it is normal to be depressed after a break-up and you think that you will never know love again but everyone here has dealt with this and you DO get past it. You will know it when you no longer dwell on him and you take your power back in your hands. You have given him your power now but you will get it back when you realize that he was/is not worth all this anger and heartache. When this happens you will start to want to advance your life and this includes dating again. And we all know what happens when we date someone and those feelings start and our palms sweat and the heart beats fast and you feel good being around that special someone. Good Luck.... I am a pretty and caring girl and since he treats me like dirt, I feel very unlovable and almost worthless. I think "maybe I am not skinny enough, or tall enough, or nice enough" Deep down, I know that I did all I could and let so many things slide becasue I loved him. It really is not "him" I am having a hard time gettingover. It is my dreasm with him. I have dated other people before ad that spark is not always there that is why I am a scared that I will not find it again. Maybe you feel like you can never love the way you have again because up to now that has been your biggest love but in the future there can be someone you will love more and then you will feel like you can never love like that again.
