Today she said to me "Omg, my cousin so wants your little brother, she thinks he's so hot" Then her cousin apparently said to her that she should be with me, and she would be with my brother. If she's talking to you & flirting (& yes, that is flirting), of course you have a chance. Is there a school event coming up? A game, a dance, something?
