sierrasugar
This is not a relationship question but a weird question. My boyfriend and I are very sexual. He is the only guy I have ever been with and his cum is the only cum I have ever seen or smelt. I have noticed that my boyfriends cum sort of smells like baking soda. My question is, is this normal?? I really have no idea. Somedays it does not smell like anything at all but other days it seems very strong. Anyone have any ideas???
Tony T
There are many factors that can contribute to the odor of seminal fluid. Baking powder odor is just fine. It should never have a foul odor. If that happens, he needs to see a doctor. And it should never have the odor or appearance of ketchup or chocolate milk. The way it smells could also have a lot to do with you as well. The olfactory nerves in the brain process odors and sometimes it just gets lazy or goes out to lunch. Sometimes it's embarassed to smell sexual things. When your boyfriend's semen has no odor, there is no problem at all. What you really need to be concerned about is whether or not it contains sperm...if you intend to marry him and have children. sparkle
Actually I read somewhere that if the guy eats/drinks certain foods/drinks, it can make make the semen have a different scent...or maybe it was gave it a different taste. But yeah, baking soda smell is okay.
