Ugh just a rough day today.

Two gut punches today already. Funny how it hits all at once. Just sitting in traffic going to work 7am this morning. Grab my phone to pass time and flip on a dating app. First pic is my ex looking gorgeous. I've seen her on there 3 times since last summer, I'm pretty sure she had an account and just never deactivated bc I can't imagine shes not with someone. Think it pops up when she comes back into town. But man she looked amazing. Not what I needed at a 7am lonely drive to work.

 

Then here I am checking instagram for the 2 minutes every couple days that I do. All the suggestions are up in the search field. I scroll threw just 3 and see her last name in big black bold letters. I didn't see if it's definitely her but I could see two girls with two guys standing behind them. Her sisters are married so they wouldn't use their last name as an instagram header.

 

Just don't understand how this stuff pops up all at once. Esp on Friday when I have at least SOME sense of relief to have a 2 day break. Just brings new crashing down. I have like 7 followers on Instagram and don't post anything, why someone I haven't had any social media contact with in ages would pop up

Did you text anyone about it? Because insta grabs info from your text convos to find things to suggest.

 

Sorry this happened. I had to delete FB and insta to help me get over my ex who I still miss dearly.

Yeah that's probably it. But we did chat on facebook messager back in novenmber. I never knew IG gets your TEXTS?! Wow. It had to be her. I just caught a glimse and it looked like two guys and two girls. Just funny she apparently still has an "active" bumble profile

I know that feeling. months back, when I was on a dating site, I saw my ex on there looking gorgeous. It hit me hard. I deleted my account. I dont have facebook or on any dating sites. I am content being single and going to keep it that way
