How can I support her marriage??

Ok, so I have a friend. We met when we were about 8, and were best friends for all three years that we both lived in the same state. My dad was in the airforce, and so was hers, so after three years we moved away. I made new friends, and moved on with my life, occasionally still talking to her on the phone. She, however, took it alot harder, didn't really make any new friends, suffered from severe depression, and was in and out of hospitals. Then about 3 years ago, she came out to me telling me she was gay. This explained alot, and I was ok with it, because afterall, she was still my friend. Now, about 4 months ago, she calls me and tells me she's getting married and wants me to be the maid of honor. She's marrying a guy... now, we wern't that close, but how can you say no?? She didn't have anyone else. So I agreed to fly out to where she was and be in her wedding. Now, last week she calls me and says that she has something to tell me... that she's in love with me. She's loved me ever since she met me, and that a part of her has always wished she was a guy so she could be with me. I was shocked that she would do this, two weeks before her wedding. She said she didn't expect me to return the feelings... that she just wanted closure... and that her Fiance knew about everything. He also knows she cheats on him all the time with other girls... and it upsets him but he still takes her back. Now, my conflict is that how can I stand up at this wedding when I don't think she is ready? She's only 19... I think she's talking herself into it. Also, how can I not feel ackward around her now that she's confessed her undying love for me? The wedding is in two weeks... I already have the presents, plane ticket, dress, etc... and have made all the arangements... I don't think I could back out now.... I just don't know what to do......
