Hey guys - not nice, I'm thinking it's a serious question.

 

I'm assuming you are not terribly close to this person - so I'm assuming something thoughtful, but not personal - and not overly expensive.

 

One of my all time favorite "executive" gifts is a silver coin form Tiffany's - it's got "Heads" on one side and "Tails" on the other side - to help with those executive decisions.

 

If that's too pricey - a magic 8 ball is along those same lines.
