opaleye Posted July 28, 2005 Share Posted July 28, 2005 Okay, So one of my friends has a stalker. He met this girl one night with his friend and he gave her his number. Then they met once and he realised that she is kinda crazy. So now she texts him all the time saying that she wants him to come over and stay the night and that she wants to get to know him etc. He has told her that he doesn't want a relationship and that he's not interested but she keeps doing it. LIke several times a day. Basically begging him to come over and sleep with her. He hardly know this girl! Now she has started calling his phone and showing up at his work. She just shows up in the mall where he works and tries to talk to him and get him to hug her and weird stuff. He doesn't want to hurt her feelings but she just won't stop the crazy! What do you think is the best way to get rid of this crazy chick!! She is freaking him out! Link to post Share on other sites

OK seriously I once had to have a big guy friend of mine say something to a guy that was stalking me, your friend may need to get a girl pretend to be his girlfriend, I know this sounds immature or a lot like game playing but this actually gets rid of the stalker without hurting their feelings, have you ever dealt with a stalker once you hurt their feelings, not pretty. He could have easily alerted mall security and had her escorted off the premises. He must let her know this has to end...and that he will not hesitate to take appropiate action. I suppose he is wondering whether he is over reacting to it or whatever- maybe she's just misguided or lonely or something and he's all worried that him rejecting her might cause her to go even crazier or something..... he only met her about a week or two ago so this behaviour is really abnormal right? I guess what I am asking, although I already know the answer is "how bad is it? At what stage is this serious? He is also a bit freaked out of her family cos they are scary. Grrr. Stalkers suck!
