Hi,

im 17 years old.. turning 18 in a few months, 175 cms height (looked on my g2), so thats probably 5'9 - 5'11, with a fast metabolism.. Well im kinna getting worried now, 2 years ago, at age 15-16 ive used to way 137.. actually 137 was the most I ever was.. now it kinna pisses me off, ppl keep telling me, Im getting more skinny.. over the two years, I never gained or lost weight, i actually stayed at 135 for a really long time for the 2 years, 3 weeks ago I weighted my self at my friends house with his scale, it showed 130, didn't really care about it much.. but then just yesterday, I went on the scale again.. and what I saw surprised me.. I went from 130 to 126.. im losing weight and it scares me.. I cant gain weight by eating, and trust me I know this becuz Ive been working at McDonald for the pass 2 months and thats the only thing ive been eating these days.. (double qtr pounder /w 3 strips of bacon, fries, drink.. hey its for free so why not..) also working full time 8 hours a day.. i usually eat there twice a day, when I get there, and on my breaks.. also during my shifts I sometimes eat the chickens.. strips, nuggets.. you name it..

now I can actually see myself losing meat from my wrist to my elbow, 2 years ago I can barely put thumb and middle finger around my wrist and touch each other, now I can do it no problem with even more room on my wrist to move up and down a lil.. I need some advicehelp on gaining some weight/meat/muscle back in my body/arms.. no I don't work out.. but im planing to buy some dumbbells for home if it actually can help, can you guys help me out.. I know nothing about weight/muscle gaining, the positions for working out with dumbbells, or what to eat

thx

p.s

sry about the spelling mistakes and grammar. Im at my friend's house and im in a hurry

There must be a reason for the weight loss, if you're not doing anything that's causing it. Like exercising or dieting!

If none of the above, then check with a doctor.
