Motaesolo
So there's this girl I recently met at work. In fact, I've fallen pretty hard for her the moment I met her. At the time that I met her, she had pretty much just broken up with her boyfriend. They had been dating for almost 3 years. It's been about a month since they broke up. I have no problem talking to her in person. She is easy to talk to. I also see her outside of work but with other coworkers to eat dinner, watch movies, etc. We text each other, and she responds really well. She asks some questions and such when we're talking in person. I know that she's a nice girl so I can't tell if she's just being nice. I bought her coffee a few times (but also other coworkers) and some snacks for her to eat while she studies at home since she is also still a college student. Recently through text, she told me to stop buying her these things because she feels sorry and that it'll be hard to get close with me. She said that my thoughts are enough and that she's thankful. I told her that I bought her those things because I was reminded of my college days and that I didn't mean to burden her. She said she was fine and we talked to each other normally when I saw her at work after that. I haven't sent anymore texts after that though. I never, ever see her looking my way at work even though I catch myself glancing over at her throughout the day. Does all this mean that she's not interested in me at all? Knix
Unfortunately, she's trying to make it abundantly clear that she's not interested. Time to move on and look elsewhere, you dont want to start making her uncomfortable.
preraph
Yes. She's refusing gifts because she doesn't want to send the wrong message or feel in any way obligated to you. It has made her uncomfortable. She is too nice to be direct and just tell you you wasting your time.
