Sarah5122
I spent the entire time crying at my lunch break after seeing my ex yesterday and I don't even know why. We separated 3 years ago. It was very hard for both of us at the time. It was the first time we met again since we broke up. I've moved on and starting another relationship ( just started). We said hello briefly to each other yesterday... I'm crying a lot today... why????
divegrl
Grief is the last act of love we have to give to those who are no longer with us. Where there is deep grief, there was great love. Big hugs for you my friend!!!
Gillys
I think it just shows you're capable of deep love. Many people on this forum have said its impossible to get rid of all feelings towards someone you deeply loved but it doesnt mean you want them back. Keep moving forward and realize you're capable of showing your new relationship something amazing

We said hello briefly to each other yesterday... I'm crying a lot today... why???? Just today I saw my ex too. I knew he saw me too but I just pretend that I didn't notice him. Its been more than a year since he left me for his ex (now a wife). And I am single since our breakup. It so hard that I couldn't focus while in the church until I came back home. And just like you, I'm crying a lot now.
