Sub-Zero
So for the past few months, I've had a lot on my mind and have been very stressed out. Due to this, I have been unable to for a while do some of my favourite hobbies(Binge listen to music and write stories for example) and it really frustrates me. First, I get angry at all the time I have missed out to do my hobbies and as well, as this stress is on my mind, I fear by the time it is gone, I won't be able to enjoy my hobbies anymore. I get really frustrated and impatient and was wondering, how can I get patience?
mightycpa
There's two kinds of things that stay on your mind. The stuff that you can do something about, and the stuff that you can't. The first kind, you take action. The second kind, you just need to find a way to get comfortable with your situation. Do that, and you'll probably be able to resume your happy hobbies. Nowty V
Find the root cause of the anger, where it comes from. The anger is manifesting itself at the points you indicate, but it could well be due to something else, some other reason. Frustration, stress, anger... If you eat well, and sleep sufficiently you should be able to take life in your stride ... your current situation will pass ... You need to look within to find out why you are expressing frustration stress and anger. Gain some understanding.
preraph
Get a dog or two. Two is best if you're gone a lot. They calm you and teach you patience just as a horse will teach you not to not act the fool. Exercise strenuously often enough to keep the stress from battering your body. You might google for books on anger management, stress management, and see if they offer some tips. That is, if you have time to read them!
mightycpa
I know but as I said, it takes a while to get comfortable right? In the meantime, how can I have patience? You need to just accept that you don't have control. If you can't get comfortable with reality, then you're fighting that very simple concept. If there's something you can do, than do it. If not, then drilldown inside until you figure out what's really eating you. You need to let something go. That's way more important than your hobbies, but if it is truly beyond your control, getting there shouldn't take a lot of time, because your frustrations are about fantasies.
