Hello3102 Posted May 24, 2017 Share Posted May 24, 2017 Okay so, I'm in high school and I have a crush on a girl but she's never around to get to know. I live in a smallish town, go to a smallish high school but I can never find her and I don't want to be creepy and just start following her as soon as I see her. I only sometimes see her at the end of school in the middle of the rush for everyone to get out, but even then she just disappears, and no I'm not imagining her I have talked to her briefly. At first I didn't talk to her because I was shy but when I did muster up enough courage, I just stopped seeing her around. I don't think she has any friends so I can't ask them where she goes or what she does. I just want to talk to her but it's difficult when she's not around. Even worse every time I try to move on I just see her walking ahead of me, but everyone gets in the way and even if I did catch up to her its kind of awkward trying to get to know her in a noisy hallway. It's the theory that everyone is connected to everyone else on the planet by no more than 6 people. So what you need to do is network your way through your social circle to find someone who knows someone who knows someone else who knows her. Each person is a link in a chain. You keep getting introduced along the way until you can find somebody who can say to the girl, "Hey, have you met Hello3102?" 1 Link to post Share on other sites
