d0nnivain Posted July 4, 2017 Share Posted July 4, 2017 Go to AA if you think it's that bad. At the very least try to have a water between every drink. Drink 1 less drink every time you drink & try limiting yourself to only drinking 2-3 times per week. As time goes by continue to cut down. Art_Critic Posted July 5, 2017 Share Posted July 5, 2017 KAOJ, You call up your local AA chapter and ask to speak to or have someone call you back.. they will have someone call you back and even meet with you.. That point is coming for months, then there will be one moment where I just decide that enough is enough. Same happened with weed, cigarettes, and alcohol.
