You want to heal from this then you must go NC with your ex-friend for ever and stop talking about the affair with your GF. All these two things do is keep the affair memories fresh in your mind instead of letting time allowing those memories to fade and be forgotten. Being you want to try recovery then go for it but you must do those two things. Also I truly believe they had sex. I mean send nude photos and not get physical. She didn't cheat. Then why exactly are you posting a thread here then? Other than the fact that pretty much all her behavior towards you would indicate quite the opposite?
