How do you say thank you?

Recommended Posts

I know you can say the words but if you want to show someone you are really grateful?

My boyfriend and I went to London for a few nights and I was anxious as I am a celiac with other allergies so I can't just eat anything.

My boyfriend knowing this organised with the hotel so that when I had breakfast it was prepared for me seperately with gluten free bread and they provided a list of ingredients used in items to help put my mind at rest. Usually in previous relationships they wouldn't an I'd be left with a piece of fruit at breakfast.

I also used to enjoy the odd McDonalds but I can't eat that but last night my boyfriend actually got me a McDonalds with no sauce on gluten free bread, made me teary he went to so much effort to make me happy

I just want to show him I appreciate him for making me feel absolutely special and loved.

I know he loves planes so I was thinking maybe a tour of concorde or the airbus factory as a thank you, make him feel as happy as I do, or is that too far?

I just took a look at the prices of a Concorde tour and actually there's a lot to choose from and they're all reasonably priced so I think it's pretty appropriate to show how much his thoughtfulness and pre-planning meant to you.

I'm coeliac also and I know just how tough it can be!

He sounds like a keeper! :)

He is a keeper! If I'm honest I was dreading breakfast in the hotel, but the staff were so kind to me got me what I wanted and it made me feel special like I was important (previous hotel stays made me feel like I was a hindrance), plus him going out to McDonalds just to let me experience something I miss he didn't need to do it.

I know he loves planes and I know he'd be sat at the airport watching the planes take off and land and I know he has talked about concorde and he has been enthralled by it.

So I was thinking of going to the Viewing park with him (I've never been as I've never really been interested) and do the tour of Concorde, hopefully he'll feel as special as he made me feel.

I am thinking of doing this, maybe I'll enjoy watching the planes, you never know!

I was also thinking of buying him one of those model planes but I haven't a clue which one to get!
