OCCDAVE
Any advice on getting rid of a beer belly cause i have a small one. It's not that bad but i use to be able to fit into a size 32 pants and now i fit in 36.Like i said not a big waight gain but it's still a bit annoying.Odd thing i can fit into a medium shirt without my belly sticking out or anything which is odd.Anyway got any tips cause i heard sit ups don't really help much Btw is normal for someone 6'3 about 165 or 170 pounds to wear 36 size pants or that's a bit to big
pippen_2k
Obvious answer = cut down on the beer and exercise! situps will build up ur abs..wont make you lose weight.... you have to do cardio..e.g walking, running, riding etc.. Prolly best talking to a doctor or a phyisical instructor to get a suitable programme for you.

I'm 5-8, 195 and wear a 34/36 (sometimes 33), depending on the brand. I'm stocky though... people can tell I work out just by looking at me.
Jayhawks
Feel the burn baby. Do some walking, jogging, basketball, any kind of sport. Sit-ups will just burn calories but is not spot specific. You must burn to lose the belly.
Horse
6'3" 165 and size 36 does sound a bit off to me, but different people carry their weight in different ways. I'm about westerns size 5'11" 200lbs size 34 usually. A medium t-shirt fits me like a wetsuit. Crunches can help. They can tighten the stomach muscles and sort of bring your gut in a little. Good posture helps too. It doesn't sound like you are in bad shape though... Maybe just do some regular running or other cardio exercises.

It's not easy...it's hard work, so you will have to make this a routine exercise.
