Nah...I doubt if a woman is treating you in a way you do not like that it is because you have become some sort of symbolic scapegoat of sexiness. Just like men do not get rejected for being TRULY nice guys.

In general yes, even though the bar can be pretty high for this to be a noticeable effect. Most people are variations of "average" but often think otherwise.
