Naive Posted August 21, 2005 Share Posted August 21, 2005 Usually I cannot sleep more than 7-8 hours because I get a headache if I do but then I am tired all day. Is anyone else like that? I have no idea why am I like that but I hate it!!!! My fiance (woo hoo now I can call him that) can sleep for 12-14 hours if he desires and has no problem!!! What is the difference??? Author Naive Posted August 21, 2005 Author Share Posted August 21, 2005 but then I feel tired the whole day! Today for example, I woke up at 10:00 am but when to sleep at 3 a.m.!!! You may not be drinking enough water or eating the wrong foods or not exercising or any number of things. Fatigue is a symptom of many, many things and if something else is causing it, sleeping hours and hours won't fix it. Link to post Share on other sites

Toni_no12002 Posted August 21, 2005 Share Posted August 21, 2005 i have the same as you if i sleep for more than 8 hours im tired and get a headache.i thinks it because your over sleeping.its strange that over sleeping can make you feel more tired but it does.i used to sleep for ages and id wake up feeling like crap and so tired but if i only had 8 i was fine.try going to sleep at the same time everyday and waking up at the same time everyday. also have you ever slobbed out on the couch?your not doing anything but you feel more tired.i think its lethargy.its exactly the same as over sleeping sort of i think. maybe its your bodies way of telling you your sleeping to much.
