hello all

I have been dating a girl for 10 months, and about 2 weeks ago, she broke it off with me. She said she couldnt see herself with me in 5 yrs and didnt feel secure with me. Now after the breakup, I can see why. During the beginning of our relationship, we had good times, but during the middle when I had hit 21, and for a great while, I was feeling that i shouldnt be with a girl and should be out partying and be single, but I wanted to give it time before i made a decision. So all that time i was with her, It was as if i didnt care much for the relationship and just took things how it went. After some alone time and talks with many people, I found out that partying and such wont bring happiness and gets old, so during the last month or two together, I started realizing how valuable she was to me and started doing more things for her and trying to better our relationship, but before i had that chance, she broke it off with me, and now im hurt so badly and want her back, im willing to tell her all this, and im willing to tell her im a new person, I will change, and show her through actions. I already talked to her about meeting up this week in person and to talk, but i didnt tell her what I want to talk about, can someone please give me more advice on how to win her back? I was just barely starting to love her and wanted to do so much more...thank you all

Are you sure this is not a case of 'you want what you can't have?' When you were with her, you wanted to be single, now you are single, you want to be with her! Men!

If you actually realised before the break up, your mistakes, then tell her this. Stress that you realise you were awful during the relationship and that things will change. Also bring her a gift that says something about her, so she understands that you were always listening to her interests etc. x
