lana-banana
So Red Pill dudes are paranoid psychopaths? Pretty much. I don't understand men who feel threatened by feminism. Feminism is about equality and improving things for everyone, men included. Shouty radical young women on the internet are about as representative of feminism as the CrossFit forums are of weight lifters. My husband is a high-earning, hard-working man who can fix or build just about anything around the house and leads a happy life. He's also a feminist, outspoken about social justice and recognizing privilege. The idea that feminism is somehow antithetical to masculinity or male achievement is silly. If a man looks at a world where women have more choices and independence, where they're fighting against harassment and abuse, and he thinks "geez, now I can't get laid" then he should *really* stop and think about why that is.
Woggle
If a feminist is about equality, mutual respect between the genders and an all around better world then sure I support them 100%. I have no desire to keep women down or have them as second class citizens. That being in many cases today it is just a cover for misandry. I do not support the ones who say men are trash or get offended when somebody says not all men attach the word man next to anything negative like mansplaining or manspreading or just in general seem to hate my gender and no self respecting man should. Nobody in general should be against themselves. If equality minded feminists don't want to be lumped in with these types then make your voices heard and condemn them. Say that they don't represent you or what you stand for. If they really are a fringe minority in the feminist movement then drown out their voices.

Men and women alike can unconsciously perpetuate systemic sexism just like whites and POC can unconsciously perpetuate systemic racism. We can also be racist and sexist as individuals---Lord knows I am, even when I try. That doesn't mean I hate myself, I just work a bit harder to recognize and stop it. I don't need to say "that 19-year-old who just took a women's studies class one time doesn't represent all feminists" because she can speak for herself, and unless she's actively harming others, she can try to accomplish her goals her own way If I spent all my time speaking out against everyone I disagreed with I wouldn't get anything done. Also, I think the "drown out their voices" thing is a catch-22. The most radical voices are always by definition the loudest. Billions of Muslims worship peacefully every day around the world, but people still associate Islam with terror. It doesn't matter how often Muslim leaders condemn terror attacks (around the clock!), they're still considered "silent" (mostly by bigots who want to believe all Muslims are terrorists). Moderation isn't a loud way to live, even if it's the majority.

It's not really anyone's duty to "drown out" anyone else's voices just to prove that they're not with them. I mean, do you identify with incels and red-pillers? No? Why aren't you posting on every single gender warfare thread on the internet to "drown them out", then?
Woggle
I don't identify as a red pilled and I have no issue with anybody calling them misogynists because that is what they are. I don't think it is a feminists duty to drown out the voices but they would have a better image if there wasn't radio silence on the ones who do give feminism a bad name. I also think the christians should denounce the religious right.
