I am NOT going to lose this house that I have worked my self to death to keep. End of. Personally, I'd rather be homeless and happy than endure 28 years of sexual and emotional deprivation. Though I'd guess, as PhillyLibertyBelle pointed out, you may have legal options you're overlooking... Mr. Lucky

OP get into marriage counseling.
