I asked her if she had a facebook, she said she did and gave me her info for instagram too. I couldn't add her on facebook because she has her friends setting to where only friends of friends can send her a request. I sent her a message on messenger and she said that he "deleted" her facebook a few days ago. Well, that's a lie, because I can clearly see she still has a profile! Should I ditch her? And no I'm not a guy.

You may only use one mode at a time, though. I've been thinking about this myself, if bumble dating doesn't pan out. Having someone to laugh with about dating failures wouldn't be a bad thing. Select "Edit Profile". You'll see "bumble date". Swipe left. You'll see "bumble bff". Swipe left again. You'll see "bumble bizz".
