joseyposie Posted September 8, 2005 Share Posted September 8, 2005 i got this boss that lies constantly. tells customers who work in the airport they can't afford our merchandise and tells us that requesting off pad is a courticy. that to sell sell and sell so she can get her bonus. she doesn't do her work and deligates her work to her employees to do. and comes in with alcohol breath in the morning and threatens us that if we don't be nice to her we will get a bad review. she also lies to other coworker that other coworkers are saying things behind other coworkers back. what do i do? i am so frustrated that i find out so many lies that she told us weren't true. i feel so insure. Just let someone above her know about the things she's saying and doing. She is not suppose to threaten you, nor should you be afraid to ask for time off, or feel nervous around her. Who cares if she gets mad. Its her fault if she gets into trouble not yours. She's just going to keep at it, being rude to everyone who crosses her path.
