This female is driving me crazy, what do I do?

This female may possibly be moving out to my state hour or less drive in the near future, maybe.. and we're not dating in terms of long distance, but into each other

 

But other than that she said on the phone today she was into me, but I was just different than other guys and not what she expected and that she didn't mean it in a bad way. But she did say she was into me.

 

The problem is I don't think she is into me and I can't tell if she really means it

She's a bad texter, period, which she admits but I mean.. It seems as if its on purpose and I told her but she said it's not she's just really busy

 

She's been busy especially lately helping her parents move into a new house she states and I try to call her often and text or communicate with her but she responds really late sometimes.. hours at a time... and she says she'll call me back later or when she's done with whatever, and she doesn't, I have to bring myself back into her messages or something , it happened 2/3 times in a row,

 

If she's so busy, but she's into me as she states, why is it so difficult to get common talk or something out of her? I mean if you're really into someone wouldn't you call them back if you say you will or somehow FIND time in your day to text or let me know you aren't going to call back or you're busy

 

It's just odd that she doesn't invest into me but she claims to be into me it drives me nuts,
