Leave some spinach in your teeth and smile back

That would actually be pretty funny to see her reactions.

I can do something different everyday like an orange peel.

Or maybe get one of those New Years noisemakers that unrolls like a big sparkly tongue and blow it in her direction.

I got a better idea but it will take some planning.

Get a big bucket of ice water and plant it above her cubicle on a shelf or something. Tie a string to it and run it around and to your desk.

When she stares at you next, smile at her and then point above her head. As she looks up pull the string and she gets a bucket of ice water on her head.

That should discourage further staring.

(consider substituting a bright colored paint for water and that way you can be sure to find yourself looking for a new job)

I took the post you are responding to as sarcasm.

I can't possibly imagine he meant it seriously.

It was a joke.

Someone else is boning her right now. :(

This doesn't sound like an A yet. She is definitely on the slippery slope and possibly testing the waters. I don't know why else all the staring or flirting would be happening.

I would cut out all the staring back and any communication that is unnecessary. Just keep things professional and ignore unless you want the A to happen and in that case good luck with that nightmare.

Thanks, I like your response.

I do believe it's an A because I wouldn't want my wife locking eyes and smiling with another guy everyday. But yeah, she's definitely playing on a very thin line. I also agree she's testing the waters and I've given her time but she's not moving forward. It's like she's had me stuck just staring at me but not getting to now me for half a year.

It's really hard to stop any interest shown from a very beautiful and sexy young women. :(

If you asked 100 people if someone starting at someone else at work and smiling is an affair, 99 would say no and only one would say yes- if that one person was you.

This isn’t normal staring.
