shesabeauty
OK, I was out with a group of friends last month. There was an incident that bothered me a little bit. It's getting late and our group is getting ready to leave. We all took cars from another location so one of the guys offers us a ride to the parking lot. His car is just down the block. Halfway down the street, she slows and says "jacob is this guy gonna kill us both?" I say, "I don't know should I be worried?" She says "I'm sitting in the back, dude!" "Just don't mace me when you aim at him, ok?" She is laughing but seems really on guard. In the car, the guy is now super on edge, really angry about something. He keeps making snide little remarks and I'm getting embarrassed for him. It's a very tense 5 minute ride to the parking lot. After she gets out, he tries to give her a hug, but she just walks off, as if she is angry or upset, about what I don't know exactly. I see them both again the next week. It was a big group, but I waved hi but didn't talk to her. She is seated, talking to some guy I don't know. The guy she called a serial killer approaches her, big smile on his face, as if nothing happened? I'm befuddled because I would take what she said as an extreme insult. However, he seemed like he could care less. Was this really as bad of an insult as I thought? It seems like she was saying she totally degrading to him but maybe I took it the wrong way. Should I steer clear of her? She seems a little bit of a wacko.
d0nnivain
It's an inside joke between the two of them. You are not in on the joke. Don't worry about it. Before you make a move on her you best get the scoop out what is or was between them. Edited October 28, 2018 by d0nnivain
sabaton
lol, they're probably long-term friends and it's an inside joke. Although I get the feeling that's the way they flirt with each other. There's some sexual tension between them there, and if I was you I'd scope out if they're interested in each other before you make a move.
Author shesabeauty
lol, no, she is not interested in him at all. She uses him as a free uber service and he drives her all over town. We all met a couple of months ago. Whenever he tries to make a move for a date just the two of them she shouts "No!" very loudly in public. His M.O. is to post his number publicly on facebook and offers "everyone" a ride to social events. However, he only wants to give girls a ride. He is basically a butler/chaffeur service aka doormat. Please tell me this guy is 18-22 years old. If he falls for that friendzone nonsense past that age, that guy's dad needs to punch him a few times inside a boxing ring to see if his son grows some dignity His M.O. is to post his number publicly on facebook and offers "everyone" a ride to social events. However, he only wants to give girls a ride. That doesn't mean anything. People are complicated. The most unlikely people are getting it on behind closed doors. There is some sort of a connection here, something is going on. There is too much passion and drama involved for there not to be. You sound jealous with your put downs of this guy too. Forget him and forget her is my advice.
