ex back?

ok first time posting i feel like a kid but i need advice here it goes my ex and i were together for 4 years then broke up due to him moving and i was not ready to go to many family problems at time so he left for a year and a half with nc then on x-mas he called me said he was coming home so we started dating again for about a year then i moved for 1 1 /2 years i found out he is living with some girl but when i got home i called him at work anyway first time i talked to him in a year we talked alittle bit then he called me back after work and we talked for a longer while i told him i was leaving the next day and he sounded a little upset as we were getting off the phone after i said bye he was like oh im working the next day from 9-5 so i said ok but didnt get a chance to see him so i called him 2 weeks after i got home and told him i tried to go see him and he was happy i also told him i was coming home soon and he said thats cool to come see him and he ill see you then but im sure ill talk to you befiore then he has my number but has not called and its been 3 weeks i dont know if io should call him again or wait for him to call me oh and the last time we talked he said he didnt know if he could call long distance or not with his cell plan when i told him to call so what do you guys think? is there any chance to get one more night with him?by him calling back when i was home is that a sign that maybe i can get 1 more night with him?
